The following terms and conditions are applicable
Social walks:
· No bitches in heat are allowed in these walks, from the first day of bleeding until one month thereafter (this is to prevent fighting amongst males in the group, as well as unwanted mating)
· All vaccinations must please be up to date.
· Dogs who pull excessively will not be allowed into social walks
· No aggressive dogs allowed in social walks.
Exclusive walks:
· Bitches in heat will not be walked from the day the bleeding stops until 10 days thereafter. (This is to prevent unwanted mating by possible strays)
· Dogs who pull excessively will incur extra charges.
General:
· All fees payable upon booking. Month-to-month contracts payable on the first day of every month in advance.
· Cancellations: Please give a 48 hour notice for any walks that you want to cancel. These walks will be discounted from the next month’s account, or the funds will be returned to you in the case of once-off bookings. Cancellations done within 48 hours of scheduled walks will not be refunded. The 48 hour policy does not apply to bitches in heat, as it is not always possible to know 48 hours in advance.
· In the event that the walker cannot do a walk, the client will be notified and the walk(s) refunded. This would only be in the event of sickness or severe weather (heavy rain or excessive heat)
